EVENT DESCRIPTION: Presented by the Mountain Trails Foundation, the Park City Marathon and Half Marathon offers runners beautiful late summer scenery and cool mountain temperatures.
This event is also part of the “Triple Trail Challenge” a 3-stage race that includes the Jupiter Peak Steeplechase, Park City Full or Half Marathon and Mid-Mountain Marathon. If you are participating in the Triple Trail Challenge, you must register under the Triple Trail Challenge event. DO NOT register for each event separately! You must register for the TTC BEFORE you start.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: 6:30 a.m. start for the Full Marathon. The course is a unique, scenic alpine loop through Park City on both paved and dirt trails. The course starts from the Newpark Plaza at Kimball Junction.
The Half Marathon will start at 6:45 a.m. also from Newpark Plaza with an informal two-wave start, with the second wave going out five minutes after the first. The course follows paved and gravel bike paths with an out and back design, taking runners on the last six miles of the Full Marathon course.

AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female winners. Additionally, the first three finishers (male and female) in the following age divisions will receive an award: 18 & under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 & Over (as needed). Weight divisions are not available.
